Supportive Living for Seniors
Beth-Anne Place supportive living
apartments for seniors opened January 2003, and is currently Bethel
New Life’s latest initiative. Beth-Anne Place is an 85-unit
apartment community for low-income seniors 62 years of age and older
who can no longer safely maintain themselves in their own home or
apartment, but do not require the level of nursing services found in
a nursing home.
Beth-Anne place provides 3 meals daily in a
spacious dining room, weekly housekeeping and laundry services,
24-hour certified nursing assistance and a full activity program
orchestrated by our in-house resident coordinator. Beth-Anne Place
has 2 registered nurses on staff and a dietary manager to ensure a
more holistic level of care for senior residents.
Service Area:
11 communities within a 7-mile radius of
Beth-Anne Place campus and the Chicagoland area.
Residents must:
Be at least 65 years of age and income eligible
to receive state supplement
Be assessed by the Central West Case Management
Unit and have a DON score of 29 or above
Have no primary or secondary mental diagnosis,
as well as no diagnosis of contagious condition
Be ambulatory or wheelchair-bound if individual
can transfer with assistance
