Bethel New Life, Inc. is Community-Based
We are based in the community, founded in 1979 by members of the Bethel Lutheran Church. We have grown a lot in the past 24 years, but remain rooted in the community. Many of our employees are residents of West Garfield Park, and are helping their own community in ways they never thought possible.

A tax sheltered annuity (403B) is offered to qualified employees as an optional benefit which BNL will match up to $75 per quarter after you have been employed at BNL for one (1) year.

EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
This service is available to you and members of your family to provide personal and confidential phone counseling services regardless of your need 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-800-272-7255.

Management (exempt):

•   year 5-beyond    20 days

Paid Sick Time:
8 accrued days per calendar year

Personal Days:
3 Personal Days after 1 year of employment
